To replace an existing, traditional, awkward shaped sun room extension with a new more contemporary stylish glazed extension with direct links and views out to the garden
Our Approach
Taking in to account our client’s brief and working largely within the footprint of the existing extension and external covered area, we opened this up and created a seamless large open plan and more contemporary extension across the back of the house.
Lifting the floor level in the existing dining area provided a seamless level access from both the lounge and dining area, making the new space very flexible. The new garden room has wide bi-folding doors and corner opening glazing, with roof lanterns encouraging an outdoor feel to the new living space.
