Great to have secured building regulations approva

Great to have secured building regulations approval from Kirklees Building Control for this new 5 bedroom dwelling off Upperthong Lane in Holmfirth.
It is a steeply sloped site and required retaining walls and tanking to the the lower ground area which houses the gym, games area and cinema.
A big thanks to @marshdesignltd for their structural design work on this one as there have been some challenging details!

PROJECT UPDATE ONE:
ADP designed and obtained a lawful certificate for this new detached garage and garden room / studio space for our clients. Constructed from natural coursed stone and a glazed gable, set within a traditional oak frame, this will form a great space to enjoy the surrounding views.

Preparing designs for a two storey extension to the side of the property, along with external and internal remodelling, to create a modern and stylish family home.
